Bishop Stanford Young, Jr. is a native of Lakeland, Florida.  He is the older of two sons born to Deacon Stanford and Mother Agnes Young.  Bishop Young recieved the baptism of the Holy Ghost and was exposed to ministry at an early age in the Bible Way Church of  our  Lord Jesus Christ World Wide.  Bishop Young later migrated to Tampa, Florida in 1995.  He attended the University of South Florida, majoring in mass communications .

In November 2001, God gave Bishop Sanford Young, Jr. a vision of people full of God given gifts, vision, talents and anointing sitting in the pews asphyxiated by the plight of traditional ministry and in need of a new experience and restoration, and of people that were lost and in search of God's purpose for their life.  Hence this vision sent Bishop Young on a searh for clarity and direction in regards to what God was saying.  God revealed that he was calling Bishop to birht and mature His people (the remnant) and bring them to the full potential and in doing so that Bishop would walk into his own destined place in God.  This revelation brought Bishop Young to much prayer. As a result of great prayer and conscious effort, New Vision, New Birth International Ministries, Inc. was bithed, standing on the word of God -(Corinthians 5:17 - "Therefore if any man be in Christ , he is a new creature; old things are passed away; behold all things become new.'   Romans 6:4 - Therfore we are buried with him by baptism into death; that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father , event so we aalso should walk in the newness of life")  The church conducted its first worship service on November 4, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. and has continued to grow in the grace of God.  New Vision, New Birth functions as an organismn not an organization. Therefore, it is full of life and remains an Apostolic-Prophetic Ministry, teaching the full gospel of Jesus Christ and the uncompromised counsel of God,  while embracing all cultures and nationalities.  N.V.N.B. remains committed to a vision of reahing the lost by using all mediums available to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, of discipleship, and being and organsim that ministers to the needs of the local body through the ministry of the apostle, prophet, pastor, teacher, and evangelist as well as meeting the spiritrual and natural needs of its communinties.  On an interntional level, N.V.N.B. remains committed to presenting the gospel to all nations through mission assignments and planing apostolick prophetic ministries throughtout the world.

Before becoming the founder and senior pastor of this great church, Bishop Young served under the exceptional leadership of Apostle Cordell Allen of Pure Love Ministries of Lakeland as a minister of music.  He served as a minister , church administrator, and musician for several years.  After exemplary service and careful examination, Bishop young was licensed and ordained to the office of pastor and served under the auspice of great visionary, Bishop Elgin Franklin Jr at Miracle City Worship Center of Tampa in the capapcity of associate pastor.  In 2002 Bishop Young was ordained , endorse , and currentley the prising prelate of Kingdom Partners Interntional ( a network of ministries and people aligned for the purpose of kingdom building).

Bishop Young is a visionary in motion.  Besides being a dynamic contemporary preaher and teacher who imparts prisen-day truth, Bishop Young is passionate and caring.  He believes that " it is his responsibility to embody an attitude and culture that is centered on serving others".
